Shipping policy

Welcome to shop at Szklct! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. The following is our delivery policy; please read it carefully before placing an order.


1. Delivery range

We currently support delivery to the 48 states of the United States. The following areas are not supported at this time:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam)
  • Overseas military mail addresses (APO/FPO)

2. Order processing time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays);

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with logistics tracking information.


3. Delivery method and cost

We utilize third-party express delivery services, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, for delivery. All orders are subject to shipping fees, which are automatically calculated at checkout and determined based on weight, destination, and delivery method.

Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping.


4. Shipping fee description

  • Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed when you check out;
  • All customers are required to pay shipping fees, regardless of the order amount;
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates in response to changes in operating and logistics costs.


5. Order tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check the logistics status in real time on the courier's official website or account dashboard.


6. Address filling instructions

  • Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate, including house number, street name, city, state, and zip code;
  • Szklct is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or package loss caused by incorrect addresses;
  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at serviceszklct@hotmail.com. If the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.


7. Delivery anomalies and lost packages

  • If the tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please confirm with the courier at your address first;
  • If it is confirmed that the package is lost, please get in touch with us within 7 working days from the date of shipment, and we will assist in filing a complaint with the logistics company;
  • For delivery issues that are not reported within a reasonable time frame, we may not be able to provide a reissue or compensation.
