Thank you for shopping at Szklct. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and satisfactory services. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund process.
1. Return application period
- You can apply for a return within 7 natural days after receiving the product;
- Orders that are more than 7 days old will not be returned;
- To ensure a smooth return, please get in touch with us via email at serviceszklct@hotmail.com to submit a return application. We will provide you with the return address and specific operation instructions.
2. Return conditions
The following conditions must be met before returns and refunds can be processed:
- The product must be in its original state, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
- The tag, label, and packaging are intact;
- The product is not stained with cosmetics, perfume, body odor, stains, etc.;
- The product has not been artificially modified (such as cutting, sewing, or dyeing);
- The order number, name, and contact information must accompany the return for easy identification and processing.
We recommend keeping your clothes neat and clean when trying them on to avoid affecting your return eligibility.
3. The following products are not accepted for return
To ensure product safety and hygiene, the following products are not supported for return or refund:
- Products that have been used or washed;
- Products that are damaged, contaminated, or missing some accessories (not existing at the time of delivery);
Note: Szklct does not offer discounts, clearance, or special offers; therefore, the return and exchange standards for all sales products are the same.
4. Returemainprocess
If you meet the return conditions, please follow the following process:
Contact customer service to initiate a return application.
Within 7 days of receiving the product, send an email to serviceszklct@hotmail.com, please indicate in the email:
- Order number
- Name of the product to be returned
- Reason for return (photo proof can be attached)
- Contact name and contact information
Wait for customer service reply.
We will reply to you within 1-2 working days and provide the return address and precautions.
Returning the goods
Please send the goods within 3 working days of receiving the return address using a traceable logistics method and provide the courier's contact number.
- Please attach the order information note (order number, name, and name of the returned product) to the package;
- It is recommended to keep the logistics voucher to avoid loss and ensure smooth handling.
Product inspection and refund processing
We will complete the quality inspection within 1-3 working days after receiving the goods;
- If the goods meet the return conditions, a refund will be processed;
- If they do not meet the conditions, we will notify you whether to choose to return the original (you will bear the shipping cost).
5. Shipping cost description
- For returns without quality issues (such as size does not fit, color does not like, personal style does not match, etc.), the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer;
- For returns caused by product quality issues (such as damage, incorrect delivery, or severe defects), we will provide a return label or reimburse the postage upon confirmation.
6. Refund instructions
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund time limit: We will complete the refund within 5-10 working days after the product inspection is qualified;
- Refund method: Return to the payment account you used to place the order (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.);
- Refund amount:
- Only the actual payment amount of the product will be refunded;
- The original order shipping fee will not be refunded (unless the return is due to quality issues);
- If the order contains multiple items, only the amount corresponding to the returned part will be refunded.
7. Order cancellation and modification
- After the order is successfully placed, the order will immediately enter the processing process;
- If you need to modify or cancel the order, please send an email to serviceszklct@hotmail.com as soon as possible within 1 hour of placing the order;
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. It needs to be processed according to the standard return process after the package is delivered.
8. Special instructions
- Please do not directly refuse to accept the package or return it without authorization. Returns without contact confirmation will not be accepted;
- If the package is returned due to personal reasons (such as a wrong address, no one to sign for it, etc.), we can arrange to resend it, but the customer must bear the secondary shipping fee;
- Szklct reserves the right to review the return application. If there is return abuse, fraud, or malicious behavior, we reserve the right to refuse processing.
